Proudrace

I was browsing around Stylebible today and this Manila-based label caught my eye. Proudrace is a Filipino brand known for their de rigeur minimalism, but a pinch more modern and eclectic than some. They play around with various fabrics and textures and their silhouettes couldn't be more louche and effortless- which is probably thanks to their 90s grunge aesthetic, only it's sharper and updated. Très chic! I'm still not sure whether they ship abroad because the online boutique is going through some changes (I'm guessing), but if not, I just remembered that my dad is off home in a few. Would it be too cheeky to give him a list of things to buy? Perhaps! In any case, they are definitely going under my list of new favourites. Here are some of my favourites from their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Did I mention the colour swatch was entirely monochrome? LOVE IT! Enjoy!
